Confirm the treatment area and goal when booking. A face-focused service, a general body appointment and post-procedure care can require different timing, pressure, provider coordination and precautions.

Tell the team about recent surgery or cosmetic procedures, swelling of unknown cause, infection, blood clots, heart or kidney conditions, cancer treatment and any clinician instructions. New, painful, one-sided or unexplained swelling needs medical assessment rather than a routine spa massage.
What the service does not promise
A lymphatic massage should not be presented as a cure, a substitute for medical lymphedema care, or a method that permanently removes body fat or causes guaranteed weight loss. Ask what the provider expects the session to accomplish for your specific goal.
Timing, comfort and pricing
